Suitable for 11-18 year olds
Junior Club Programme
The Junior Club programme progresses from mini tennis offering sessions for children between the ages of 11-18 years of age. The groups are specifically set up for the needs of this age group with an emphasis on fun, friendship and exercise.
For players who strive for more
Junior Tennis Academy
As our club programme evolves we identify children with potential for selection onto our academy programme where players will receive a more intensive programme of tennis coaching incorporating all aspects of training.

Your Child's Pathway
Bronze
Learn the basics
The main focus here is on developing consistency on the serve, volleys and groundstrokes whilst developing basic tactics for singles and doubles play. Sessions will be fun and relaxed whilst incorporating fun drills and games.
Silver
Developing a rounded game
For players who are able to rally consistently from the baseline with topspin and change the direction of the ball with good pace and spin. Players at this level are ready to compete in local tournaments or for their school and have a good understanding of all the rules as well as the tactics for singles and doubles.
Gold
Putting it all together
Players at this stage are competing in external tournaments and representing their club in age appropriate competition. Players are competent in all aspects of the game and are able to add power, spin and precision from the baseline with good consistency. Sessions incorporate more intensive drills and focus on match-play scenarios for singles and doubles play.
